PENN 2
The original 1960s design of Manhattan’s Two Penn Plaza included a large setback from Seventh Avenue. Sixty years later, PENN 2 finally embraced this space with a new steel Bustle!
The Bustle goes from the fourth to the 10th floor and provides 100,000 sq. ft of double-height, column-free office space, 43,800 sq. ft of roof terraces, and an expansive, protected public plaza along Seventh Avenue.
