The project team behind the IDEAS² Award-winning 200 Park stacked and filled these composite steel plate shear walls to create the tower’s core, the first of its kind in California. The prefabricated nature of SpeedCore shaved months off the construction schedule while delivering slimmer, stronger walls and setting a new standard for high-rise construction.
